Secure?
All transactions with Melabella Lingerie are carried out
through a secure server. When you place an order with us and have
gone through the checkout with your chosen items. Your payment and
order details are sent to us across a secure connection that uses
encryption. This means that the information that is sent is encrypted
and cannot be read by anyone other than Melabella Lingerie. You
can see that the checkout is a secure area because a padlock symbol
or key will appear in the bottom of your browser.
How Can I Pay?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including MasterCard,
Visa, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo . Currently we do not accept Diners
Card or American Express.
Security checks
As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent
use of credit cards, we carry out random security checks on orders.
These can take various forms, and from time to time it may be necessary
for us to ask you to provide a copy of a recent statement header
for the card being used on your order. Please note that we are only
interested in confirming information already provided on your order,
i.e. the billing name, address and card issuer details, and do not
need to see actual transactions. In case you have any concerns regarding
security, we can assure you that all information is shredded as
soon as we have confirmed the details required. We hope you appreciate
that this is undertaken in the interests of fraud prevention, and
is a necessary precaution.
Privacy
At Melabella Lingerie we are completely committed
to respecting your privacy and we will not pass on your details
to third parties without your permission. We do contact our customers
when they have given us their permission to do so, to let them know
about special offers or new products, which may have become available.
