Paying For Your Order
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just select the items
that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you
have finished your shopping, click on ‘shopping cart’
to view your items and ‘proceed to checkout’ where you
will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.
You will receive an automatic confirmation of your purchase via email.
If there are any queries or delays regarding your order you will be
contacted by e-mail. Therefore, please ensure your e-mail address
is typed correctly. If you do not receive either of these emails please
contact us.
Melabella Lingerie accepts MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch and
Solo. Your credit card will be charged on the date that your order
is despatched in pounds sterling. If you are ordering from overseas,
your bank will convert the price into your local currency using the
exchange rate on the date we despatch your order. If you would like
to translate your total order value into your country's currency,
you can use the converter at
www.x-rates.com.
Alternatively, if you wish to place your order by phone, contact Customer
Services who will be happy to take your order. Please have your credit
card details, billing and delivery addresses to hand.

If you are ordering for a special occasion, you will need to make
sure that you order early.
VAT
For goods sent to addresses within the EU, VAT is included in all
prices quoted.
Delivery Information
For deliveries within the UK, we aim to despatch your order
within 3 working days so you can expect delivery in 5 working days.
However, please bear in mind that it may take longer if we are waiting
for stock from our suppliers.
If you live outside the EU, we would like to advise you that your
order may be subject to your country's import duty and tax.
In Stock Availability
- We seek to have all items shown on our website in stock.
- If any of your chosen products are temporarily out of stock,
it may take between 7 - 10 days before the items are delivered.
- Split order: If one item of matching set is to be back-ordered,
we will retain the other piece and send it complete.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you will be pleased with your order but if you are
not, we will be happy to refund or exchange items. Please return
them to us unworn, with all labels intact within 28 days . Money
will only be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
Guidelines for returned goods:
• Return/Exchange form has to be completed - you must
indicate on the form whether you wish to have a replacement
or a refund.
• Original packaging must be returned with the goods.
• All of the original labelling must still be attached to the
goods.
• Items have not been worn, washed or smell of cigarette smoke.
For customer security it is recommended that you obtain proof of
posting from the Post Office. Please ensure that all parcels are
securely sealed before posting and please do not user courier companies
to return parcels to us.
If you want to return your ordered item(s), please ensure that you
pay the return postage and mark your parcel clearly with 'RETURNED
GOODS' and send to the address below.

Cancellation Of Order
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days,
from the day after the day of receipt of the goods, without giving
a reason.
To cancel an order you can either email our Customer Service department,
stating your order number. Alternatively you can contact our Customer
Service department.
If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the item.
We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that
order as soon as possible and in any case within 28 days of receipt
of your returned goods. If you cancel your order and we do not receive
the item back from you within the 28 days then we may arrange to
collect the item from you at your cost.
Gift Service
Why say it with flowers when you can delight a friend or
loved one with the gift of luxurious underwear. What better way
to make it extra special, than by having it arrive at their doorstep,
perfectly presented in our luxury gift box, hand-wrapped and bearing
a card with warm words from you.
To make someone's day special, simply select the GIFT BOX option
in the checkout process. You will be asked to specify the message
you would like included. The charge for gift-wrapping is £3.50.
